Sun vacation in Egypt. Here the sun always shine.

When you visit Egypt for a vacation in the sun you should think of the following.




The sun is very strong down in Egypt, so make sure that you always have a sunprotection cream and try to stay away from the strongest sun in the middle of day. Atleast for the first 2-3 days.
When you are down at the beach or by the pool make sure that you drink alot of water. In Egypt you shouldn't drink tap water just bottled water.
Drink atleast 3 liters of water per day.
The water that you drink should be room temperature when you drink it. The body will absorb the water better that way.
When you have been out in the sun for a longer period of time it's nice to cool down by taking a ip in the sea.
After you have taken a dip in the Red Sea make sure to shower afterwards, this is due to the fact that the Red Sea is very salty and this can make you itch.
