Hurghada is a large city and is divided into three parts.
These parts of the city has different qualities.

New Hurghada is where most the the newest hotels aswell as the resturants are. This is the new part of Hurghada and is not quite completed. The streets are not completed.

Down Town is a part of the old Hurghada, here you will find multiple of resturants aswell as different stores.
Here you also will be able to find cheap resturants with good food.

Sekkala is where you will find the cheapest range of products.
Don't forget to haggle about the price.

A trip from New Hurghada to Sekkala is 1 EGP if you take the buss, if you will take a cab then it costs approx 20 EGP.

Nighlife in Hurghada

Hurghada is one of the largest tourist resorts in Egypt and you will resturants such as Hard Rock Cafe aswell as many other.
If you are looking for discos then you should go to Grand mall, that's by Grand Hotell. Here you will find the fabiolous Jungle Disco. Jungle Disco is a nice nightclub which has been designed as a djungle.

If you like scuba diving or snorkeling then Sharm el Naga is the place to visit. Just a couple of miles outside Hurghada and the beach and reef is superb for us diving/scuba diving beginners..
